Beautiful Water Infusion

Water infusions are a tasty way to get your hydration in for the day๐Ÿ’ง plus you get the added nutrients of the fruits/plants.


This water infusion is made with cranberries, blueberries, and mint. ๐ŸŒฑ


Cranberries and blueberries are high in antioxidants = anti-aging


Mint is revered in herbal medicine for its ability to soothe indigestion, headaches, and stress ๐Ÿ˜Œ


Recipe:


~30 oz filtered water in a 32 oz mason jar

-handful cranberries (frozen or fresh)

-handful blueberries (frozen or fresh)

-a few sprigs of mint


-Add everything to the mason jar.

-Let soak for 2 hours.

-Crush the berries and mint with a wooden spoon or muddler to release flavors.

-Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹
