Breakfast Fruit Bowl

This bowl is great for breakfast or as a snack.

Preparing healthy delicious meals can be simple!

The raw fruit contains living water which is ultra hydrating for the body. Drizzle on maple syrup to make this an especially yummy + nutritious treat.

Maple Syrup is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and is good for the body.

Fruit Bowl Recipe:

2 kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 apple, chopped

1 banana, chopped

1tbsp organic, pure maple syrup

Mix fruit, drizzle on maple syrup. Enjoy ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ˜Š
