Cantaloupe Smoothie
Summer meets Fall smoothie 🍃🍂

Simple yet delicious smoothie of blended cantaloupe with a dash of cinnamon. Cinnamon compliments the cantaloupe's natural vanilla-like flavor. I'm enjoying a bit of fall flavor and colors as the leaves start to change in Texas, but it still feels hot and sunny here ☀️
Cantaloupe is super hydrating and also high in Vitamin C and A supporting your skin and heart.
Cinnamon has lots of health benefits too ☺️ It helps to stabilize blood sugar levels, lowers blood pressure, and improves digestion.
Recipe:
1 cantaloupe
pinch of cinnamon
Blend cantaloupe in blender until smooth then add in some of the cinnamon and blend. You can start with a sprinkle and add more according to your taste.
