Chunky Monkey Cookies

Delicious, chewy chocolate chip cookies.


Recipe:


-1/2 cup ripe banana, mashed

-1/3 cup coconut sugar

-1/4 cup peanut or almond butter

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-3/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp baking powder

-pinch of salt

-1/4 cup chopped walnuts

-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


-Preheat oven to 350°F

-Stir together the banana, coconut sugar, almond butter, and vanilla.

-Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

-Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.

-Scoop onto a lined baking sheet.

-Press lightly to flatten.

-Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350ºF.

-Cool for 10 minutes then enjoy 😊
